This book is all about diet and not forget a little bit about PMS. It write by Mike Moreno, a doctor who always want his patients to be healthy. And what I surprise about this doctor is he offer one of his patients to walk with him as a partner. I want this type of doctor that always do the best not only for his career.

The diet plan is very tough and hard to follow. This because we not supposed to eat any carbohydrate for 17days. For me, I love food and I can't stand one day without rice.

This book explain with 4 cycle ; Accelerate, Active, Achieve, and Arrive. It also explain so much tips when to eat, the ideal weight depend how big your bone and also define your hunger meter.
