Extra Vaganza Workout

Hi everyone. Have a good day with some delicious healthy breakfast. Without it, you are nothing. So long I'm not post anything in this blog. I miss everything, my blog, my followers, my readers and also my new post.

To tell you the truth, Last month I try my wedding dress. It fit me well but unfortunately my tummy over exposed. Hahahaa...as you know, after Fasting Month and Raya I'm not doing workout based on my schedule. Just do it as much as my mood feel want to do it. So, that the result.

So now I start to do extra vaganza workout and have a rest only for 1 or 2 day per week. Do cycling, weight lifting, dancing, Pilates and also yoga. I also buy Dance Pad to play with my Dance Revolution PS2 game. It cover more dancing song that I love so much. I will dance, dance and dance until I feel tired. Hopefully it will works while I got some fun.

Now I lost about 2 kilos. My short target is want to lost another 4 kilos. And hopefully I will make it.

Good News: I can wear my white blouse again :D
