Don't Exist In Our Head

Hi everyone. Have a nice day. And not too late to wish Happy New Year.
Lately we celebrate International Women's Day. So, we must take this day as advantage or a step forward to fix our life. Let's try to eating healthy, do exercise at least 3 times a week, drink plenty of water and be smart to control our stress.

Stress is the mother of woman disease. We do all the laundries, cooking, pay attention our kids, and some woman maintain the family budget. All of our daily life will become a stress if something will not go smoothly as we plan.


Did you watch Horlicks instant fibre drink commercial? Just switch to the youtube.com after finish read my post. Refer to that video, she takes what she feel to relax her mind. So, maybe we can do same thing. Just change it with your style. Try to listen your favourite music, eat something sweet like a piece of cakes, play sport with your kids or hubby or else. For Muslim like me, go to pray or read Al-Quran. That's is the best medicine ever.


But the key of success is smile. Just a second or two or maybe three.

Extra Vaganza Workout

Hi everyone. Have a good day with some delicious healthy breakfast. Without it, you are nothing. So long I'm not post anything in this blog. I miss everything, my blog, my followers, my readers and also my new post.

To tell you the truth, Last month I try my wedding dress. It fit me well but unfortunately my tummy over exposed. Hahahaa...as you know, after Fasting Month and Raya I'm not doing workout based on my schedule. Just do it as much as my mood feel want to do it. So, that the result.

So now I start to do extra vaganza workout and have a rest only for 1 or 2 day per week. Do cycling, weight lifting, dancing, Pilates and also yoga. I also buy Dance Pad to play with my Dance Revolution PS2 game. It cover more dancing song that I love so much. I will dance, dance and dance until I feel tired. Hopefully it will works while I got some fun.

Now I lost about 2 kilos. My short target is want to lost another 4 kilos. And hopefully I will make it.

Good News: I can wear my white blouse again :D

And what I surprise about this doctor is he offer one of his patients to walk with him as a partner. I want this type of doctor that always do the best not only for his career.

The diet plan is very tough and hard to follow. This because we not supposed to eat any carbohydrate for 17days. For me, I love food and I can't stand one day without rice.

This book explain with 4 cycle ; Accelerate, Active, Achieve, and Arrive. It also explain so much tips when to eat, the ideal weight depend how big your bone and also define your hunger meter.
